A wellness check is a comprehensive 50-point inspection performed by a certified Guardian. It includes: fluid level checks, brake system inspection, tire condition and pressure, battery health test, light check, belt and hose inspection, and a full diagnostic scan. You'll receive a digital report with photos and recommendations.
Yes! All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time with 30 days notice. If you choose annual billing and cancel early, you'll receive a prorated refund for unused months.
Most passenger vehicles under 15 years old are eligible, including cars, trucks, SUVs, and vans. Some exclusions apply for commercial vehicles, vehicles with salvage titles, or those with pre-existing major mechanical issues. Contact us if you're unsure about your vehicle's eligibility.
Your plan discount applies to all labor costs for any service performed by an AutoHealth Guardian. The discount is automatically applied when booking through our platform. Parts are charged at cost with no markup. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions.
All plans include 24/7 emergency support. Pro and Premium plans include priority dispatch for emergencies. Basic plan members can request emergency service at standard rates. Our Guardian network includes specialists available around the clock for urgent needs.
The OBD-II device is shipped to you free of charge when you sign up for Pro or Premium plans. It typically arrives within 5-7 business days. Setup takes about 5 minutes - just plug it into your vehicle's OBD port (usually under the dashboard) and pair it with the AutoHealth Guardian app.
